Growth Strategist / Paid Social Manager (Meta Ads)
Nurtured Scale | Fully remote, UK based | Full-time | £28,000 base plus performance commission | Immediate start
We run paid media for Shopify brands in the UK and US. We're hiring a Paid Social Manager to own client accounts on Meta, coordinate with our Google team, and work directly with the founder.
This is a hands-on media buying role. You'll manage budgets, write creative briefs, run client calls and be accountable for results. You won't be making the creatives yourself. Designers and video editors do that. Your job is to know what to make and why, then make it perform.
About Nurtured Scale
We're a performance marketing agency for Shopify e-commerce brands: paid media on Meta and Google, performance creative, and email and SMS. Small team, high standards, remote by design.
We don't do TOFU/MOFU/BOFU. We run one CBO per product, feed it a high volume of diverse creative, and judge everything on blended MER rather than in-platform ROAS. If that made sense to you, keep reading.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of Shopify client accounts on Meta
- Coordinate with our Google team so both channels pull in the same direction
- Make the daily calls on budget, pacing and scaling
- Write creative briefs for the design and video team based on what the data is telling you
- Run weekly client calls and own the day-to-day relationship in Slack
- Report on what actually matters: Shopify revenue, MER and CAC, not platform vanity numbers
- Find what's working, cut what isn't, and move quickly

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
- 1 to 2 years' experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce brands, ideally agency side
- Working knowledge of Shopify; Triple Whale experience is a strong advantage
- Comfortable leading client calls: clear, direct, and able to explain performance without hiding behind jargon
- Strong written communication, because you'll be briefing creatives and updating clients daily
- A good eye for creative: you know a strong hook from a weak one and can explain why
- Organised enough to run several accounts at once without anything slipping
- UK based with the right to work in the UK
What you get
- £28,000 base, plus commission tied to the performance of the accounts you run
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Fully remote, working UK hours
- Reporting directly to the founder, with full access to the methodology, not a diluted version of it
- A creative team behind you producing what you brief
- Real ownership from day one on premium brands, with pay reviews and a clear path to a senior role as we grow

Read this before you apply
We're a small agency growing quickly. The pace is fast and the standards are high. You'll be trusted with real budgets and real client relationships early, and you'll be expected to own the outcome.
If you want a role where you set campaigns live on Monday and check back on Friday, this isn't it. If you want to learn how e-commerce brands actually scale, get paid more as you get better at it, and grow with the agency, apply.
How to apply
Apply through LinkedIn, then email a short written note or a link to a two minute Loom to brad@nurturedscale.com, subject line Paid Social Manager, covering:
- One account you've worked on. Where it started, what you changed, and what happened to revenue.
- A client's Meta ROAS is up 40% month on month but Shopify revenue is flat. What's your read, and what's your first move?
Applications without this won't be considered. It's the first filter, and it tells us more than a CV.
