Help shape how millions of people save for their future

We’re building a modern financial services business with a simple ambition: make long-term saving easier to understand, easier to manage, and more valuable for customers.

We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Growth Analyst to join our Growth team and help turn customer and commercial data into meaningful growth. This is a great opportunity for an analytical, commercially minded person who enjoys going beyond reporting to understand why customers behave the way they do, what drives value, and what we should do differently as a result.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll help us understand and optimise the drivers of customer value across the full lifecycle. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Data and Customer teams to identify opportunities, analyse performance, support experimentation and help turn insight into action.

You’ll be asking questions like:

  • What makes customers contribute more, and what causes contributions to fall?
  • What drives customers to consolidate existing savings or investments?
  • Which customer, employer or behavioural segments have the greatest potential?
  • Where are customers dropping out of the journey, and why?
  • What makes an experiment successful — and how much commercial value could it create?
  • Which interventions have the greatest potential impact on long-term customer value?
  • How do seasonality, economic conditions and other external factors affect behaviour?

Your analysis will directly inform the growth roadmap and help the business make better, evidence-based decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse customer and commercial performance
    • Build and maintain analysis across acquisition, activation, contribution, consolidation, retention and referrals
    • Conduct funnel, cohort and behavioural analysis to identify opportunities and problems
    • Segment customers and employers to understand differences in behaviour and value
    • Track key growth metrics and translate them into clear commercial insights
    • Analyse trends in customer value, retention and long-term revenue potential
    • Support forecasting and modelling of growth opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial curiosity. Someone who has spent their early career in a consulting practice’s strategy arm would be perfectly equipped for this role as you will likely have experience using data to solve ambiguous business problems.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Strong SQL skills, or equivalent experience working with data
  • Using AI tools to automate processes and build apps/features (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
  • Experience with cohort, funnel and behavioural analysis
  • Experience analysing customer journeys, retention, engagement or monetisation
  • An understanding of A/B testing and experimentation
  • The ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding the financial impact of decisions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
  • A naturally curious mindset — you enjoy asking why? rather than simply reporting what happened
