About Gigs
At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.
Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity—bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.
Our team of around 150 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We’re tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.
If you’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we’d love to hear from you.
Things We Care About
- Speed. We move and we ship. We set bold deadlines and treat every week like it matters.
- Ownership. If you see something broken, fix it. We don't wait for permission.
- Customer Obsession. Our customers' product is our product.
- Ambiguity. We're building frontier technology in a complex domain. You'll need sound judgement and good instincts to make decisions without complete information.
- First principles. We don't ask how things have been done before. We ask why they were done that way at all.
The Role
Gigs has built a multi-market, multi-product embedded connectivity business, and we're looking for someone to own the operating system the Growth team runs on. This is a high-leverage, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, responsible for making the Growth org faster, smarter, and more cohesive.
You will operate with high autonomy and report to the VP of Growth, while working closely with Finance, Legal, and functional leads across GTM, Customer Success, Implementation, and Marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, communicates confidently with senior stakeholders, and uses AI as default leverage to move faster and build better.
What you will do
- Own the operating cadence of Growth. Run planning cycles, reporting rhythms, and cross-functional coordination across GTM, Customer Success, Implementation, and Marketing, so Growth runs as one function.
- Build what lets knowledge travel. Write the playbooks, runbooks, and documentation that take what works in one region and make it work everywhere else. What you build should outlast your direct involvement.
- Own the data and reporting infrastructure. Build the systems that tell the Growth team what's working and where to focus next.
- Lead the AI and tooling stack. Make sure the team is actually using AI to multiply output.
- Drive strategic projects end-to-end. Market expansion, segmentation, GTM playbooks, from framing the problem to shipping the output.
- Keep the function moving. Unblock what needs unblocking across a multi-market, multi-product Growth team that's operating faster than its infrastructure can handle.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in a demanding operational environment — biz ops, strategy & ops, management consulting, or growth ops at a fast-scaling company. You've operated under pressure and know what it feels like to own something that matters
- You are self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don't need someone to hand you a problem definition. You find the problem, form a view, and start moving. We'd rather tell you to slow down than push you to speed up
- AI is part of your working stack. You use AI tools daily—for analysis, automation, building internal tooling, accelerating research. You can point to specific things you've built or automated that didn't exist before you made them.
- You can read the room and the data. You can translate a data finding into a business decision and communicate it clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- You're a generalist who goes deep. Comfortable moving between a data problem, a process problem, and a strategic framing problem in the same week.
- High ownership, low ego. You juggle context across multiple workstreams without dropping threads. You take pride in making complex things work reliably, not in getting credit for it. When something is yours, it gets done.

Bonus points if
- You have experience in telecoms, fintech, or B2B SaaS - especially anything touching connectivity or payments.
- You've built or improved internal tooling or automated workflows using AI or no-code tools.
- You've operated across multiple markets or regions and know what it takes to make something work globally, not just in one office.
Salary Range: £85,000 - £110,000
(The final offer depends on your background, skills, and how you perform through the process. We're open to considering outlier candidates, which may result in an adjustment to the scope and compensation)
