Boutique Strategy Consultant

Freshminds is partnering with a high-growth boutique strategy and transformation consultancy to appoint a Boutique Strategy Consultant. Working with some of the world's leading organisations across a diverse range of industries and geographies, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious consultant looking to accelerate their development within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

As part of a small, high-performing team, you will gain significant exposure to senior stakeholders, take ownership of client workstreams and play an active role in the firm's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-impact client projects, drawing insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop strategic recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives and support the development of the firm's intellectual capital.
  • Take a proactive approach to personal development while mentoring and collaborating with colleagues across the team.
  • Work closely with senior team members to solve complex commercial and strategic challenges.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years' experience within strategy consulting, growth strategy, commercial strategy or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering client-facing projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence analysing financial and business performance data.
  • Ambitious, proactive and motivated by continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a collaborative working style.
  • A genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of a boutique consulting business.
  • Degree from a leading university with a strong academic record.
