Hybrid - Solihull (2 days in the office per week)

Full time, Permanent

£28,000 PA

Our Growth team helps win new business & retain existing contracts across the UK&E, & we’re looking for another Growth Support Coordinator to join us.

You’ll work across business development, capture & bidding, helping teams to stay organised, solve problems & keep opportunities moving from early customer engagement through to contract award.

This is a varied role where priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to be organised, adaptable & comfortable managing multiple pieces of work.

As our Growth Support function continues to evolve, we’ll provide the training, support & development to help you build a long-term career in Growth, including the opportunity to complete a Bid & Proposal Management Apprenticeship.

Previous bidding experience isn’t essential – if you’re organised, enjoy working with people, take ownership of your work & are keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

As Part Of This You’ll

  • Become an active member of our business development & bidding teams, supporting opportunities from early engagement through to contract award.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple opportunities, helping teams to stay organised and deliver challenging customer deadlines.
  • Take ownership of actions, ensuring work is progressed, tracked & completed to agreed timelines.
  • Prepare, format & quality check bid documentation ready for internal reviews & customer submissions.
  • Support the production, review & submission of high-quality customer proposals.
  • Help improve the way we work by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve templates & share best practice.

What You’ll Need To Do The Role

  • Excellent communication skills – builds strong relationships within the team and across divisional boundaries. Possesses excellent written communication skills.
  • Highly detailed, conscientious and delivery focused.
  • Able to deal with sensitive information.
  • Highly developed analytical, research, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability with superior time management skills and the capacity to work independently to discharge tasks with initiative, responsibility and discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Powerpoint & Excel.
  • Experience or keen interest in AI tools would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach to work, is self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
