Our client is a growing PropTech business looking for a Growth Systems & AI Engineer to build and scale the technology that connects Marketing, Sales, AI and data.
This is a hands-on role focused on building the company's growth engine, automating processes, improving lead generation and qualification, connecting systems and using AI to create scalable commercial solutions. You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales to turn growth opportunities into automated systems and measurable pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise Marketing, Sales and CRM systems.
- Develop AI-powered workflows and automation.
- Build APIs, integrations and data workflows.
- Automate lead generation, enrichment and qualification.
- Improve CRM, data and Revenue Operations processes.
- Identify and implement new AI opportunities.
- Analyse performance and continuously optimise growth systems.
- Work cross-functionally to turn commercial problems into technical solutions.

We're looking for a technical, commercially minded builder who enjoys solving problems with technology including:

Desired exposure: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, SQL, LLMs, OpenAI/Anthropic, AI Agents, RAG, n8n, Make, Zapier, CRM integrations, cloud platforms and data pipelines.
Most importantly, you should have a track record of building and automating real systems, not simply using AI tools.
Compensation:
Starting £60k base with OTE £80-85
