About the Role
Aurelia, an upmarket sugar dating platform, is looking for an energetic, commercially minded person to take ownership of growing our audience before and after launch and, ultimately, turning that attention into new members.
This is a fully remote, flexible, part-time role for someone who takes initiative, understands social media and online culture, enjoys experimenting with unconventional ways to reach people, and wants genuine experience helping build an early-stage business.
What you'll do
Your objective is simple: help us find, attract and sign up the right people for Aurelia. You’ll have considerable freedom to experiment with how you achieve that, including:
- Build awareness of Aurelia through social media, content and online communities
- Drive targeted traffic to Aurelia and convert that interest into completed profiles and account sign-ups
- Identify and recruit influencers, creators and other desirable early members, including inviting selected individuals to create profiles on Aurelia
- Develop influencer, ambassador and brand partnerships that introduce Aurelia to new audiences
- Generate PR opportunities, media mentions, articles, backlinks and other ways of getting Aurelia talked about and discovered online
- Develop direct outreach campaigns to identify and personally invite potential members
- Help seed the platform with a strong initial community of high-quality profiles ahead of and during launch
- Experiment with offline and guerrilla marketing—from events and nightlife partnerships to invitation cards, QR campaigns and other creative ways of reaching our target audience
- Develop referral and member-get-member initiatives that encourage existing users to introduce others
- Improve the journey from first discovering Aurelia through to creating and completing a profile
- Track where users come from, test different approaches and concentrate resources on the channels that actually generate worthwhile members
- Continually come up with new acquisition ideas—we are interested in what works, not simply following a conventional marketing playbook

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Who we're looking for
You don’t need years of marketing experience. We’re looking for someone who is digital-native, creative, proactive, resourceful and commercially minded.
You should understand how people discover and engage with brands online, be comfortable approaching people and developing relationships, and be willing to test ideas rather than wait to be told exactly what to do.
This could be particularly suitable for a student, recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to build serious practical experience in social media, digital marketing, partnerships and startup growth.
Working Arrangement
The role is 100% remote and online, with flexible part-time hours and no requirement to work from a particular location.

Revenue Share
This is a revenue-share-only role. There is no fixed salary or hourly payment.
For an agreed initial period, you will receive a share of revenue generated across the Aurelia platform, not simply revenue attributable directly to customers you acquire. As an early member of the team joining at launch, this gives you the opportunity to participate directly in the wider growth of the business.
Professional Experience
This is a formal role with Aurelia, providing genuine hands-on experience working directly with an early-stage business and its founder.
Strong performance can be supported with a professional reference and recommendation, and there may be opportunities for the role to develop as Aurelia grows.
Interested?
Tell us briefly about yourself, which social platforms you know best, and anything you’ve done that demonstrates you can make things happen online or offline.
Most importantly, tell us how you would approach getting the first 100 Aurelia members. We’re not looking for a textbook marketing plan—we want your ideas, what you’d try first, and why you think it would work.
If you’re entrepreneurial, resourceful and excited by the idea of helping build something from the ground up, we’d like to hear from you. All credible applications will receive a response.
