Role Description
The GCSE Online Sciences Teacher will deliver engaging online lessons in science subjects aligned with GCSE curricula, using virtual classroom tools and digital resources. Day-to-day tasks include:

The teacher will support students during live sessions, respond to questions via online platforms, and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching materials and assessments. This is a part-time, remote role, offering flexible scheduling within agreed teaching hours while maintaining consistent availability for learners.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Science Education, with the ability to teach GCSE-level content clearly and confidently.
- Subject expertise in Physics and Mathematics sufficient to support GCSE exam preparation.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher or equivalent teaching certification, with experience in secondary-level instruction.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, outcome-focused online lessons and assessments.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, virtual classroom tools, and digital learning resources.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible language.
- Demonstrated ability to support diverse learners, including those studying from different countries and time zones.
- A relevant degree in a science-related field or education, and prior experience with GCSE or similar curricula is highly beneficial.
