GSI Account Executive
Rubrik has partnered with the world's leading Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to build successful, profitable outcomes for our joint customers and both companies. The GSI Account Executive supports Rubrik's partnership with two named GSI partners executing pipeline development, deal support, and enablement activity within an assigned account segment or sub-region, under the direction of the Global Alliance Manager. This is a developing, quota-influencing role suited to someone building a track record in GSI/partner sales who is ready to own defined execution responsibilities with structured senior support.
Partner Support & Execution
- Support the Global Alliance manager in running the named partner GTM activity for an assigned segment, working closely with the ecosystem and Field sellers.
- Help execute the Global business plan at the account level — tracking GTM priorities, enablement milestones, and bookings progress within the assigned scope.
- Maintain relationship coverage across assigned accounts — partner sellers, delivery leads, and Rubrik's aligned sales and SE teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a single point between the Rubrik field and both GSI partners for pipeline creation and joint business development within assigned accounts.
- Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell motions, campaign execution, and account mapping.
- Track Partner technical and commercial adoption of Rubrik's product portfolio within assigned accounts — certifications, demo readiness, delivery status.
- Help represent Rubrik's and each partner's joint value proposition to customers and partner sellers.
- Support opportunity registration, deal desk coordination, and account planning for assigned top/strategic accounts.
- Help validate each partner's sales process and path to contract closure to support forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with adjacent OEMs and ISVs (e.g., Everpure, Microsoft, AWS) on joint solutions as directed.
- Report on assigned pipeline, bookings, and program health on a regular cadence.
Required Capabilities & Experience
- 2–4 years in a partner-facing, channel, or named-account sales/support role; direct Cognizant/Kyndryl/LTM/HCL or comparable GSI exposure is a strong plus, not required.
- Ability to build relationships with GSI business contacts and grow toward executive-level engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to support pipeline creation and business development between a vendor field org and partner sellers.
- Developing executive presence; able to help represent Rubrik's and a partner's joint value proposition with senior support.
- Strong relationship-building instincts, with early evidence of building mutually valuable partner relationships.
- Some experience with opportunity registration and vendor-partner sales-org interlock.
- Comfort with CRM-based pipeline hygiene and forecasting support.
- Willingness to travel 30–40%.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
