🏃 About the Role
As a GSL North Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring matchdays run smoothly and that all players, coaches, and families have an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for football development.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate matchday logistics, ensuring all fixtures start and finish on time
- Communicate clearly with teams, referees, and coaches throughout the morning
- Set up and move goals, mark out and prepare pitches, and manage all equipment
- Provide on-site issue resolution and respond appropriately to any concerns
- Promote an inclusive, fun, and safe playing environment for all participants
- Report back to the GSL Management Team with matchday feedback and updates
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in football, ideally coaching or playing experience
- Is dependable and available every Saturday morning
- Can comfortably travel to St James Catholic High School (NW9 5PE) each week
- Brings great energy, strong communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
