MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs impacting teams across multiple regions.
- Experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Apply significant experience in vendor management and vendor performance management.
- Ability to identify, build, improve, or optimize relevant business processes.
- Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and subsequent monitoring.
- Ability to analyse business objectives and strategies by proactively identifying impactful opportunities or gaps in systems and workflows.
- High ethical standards with demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent judgement, discretion, and diplomacy.
ABOUT THE JOB:
From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive incidents and crises, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS, you will help develop a culture where safety, security, and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate, and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

The Global Security Operations Center is GSRS’s 24/7 ecosystem for intake, triage, management, and escalation of physical security incidents and threats.
As a GSOC Program Manager, you act as the focal point and principal enabler of program delivery at the regional level. This role supports the GSOC Senior Program Manager (SPgM) with the delivery of multidisciplinary projects and programs spanning people, processes, and technology. As a critical enabler of the GSOC strategy and vision, the GSOC Program Manager must leverage a broad skill set across multiple complex workstreams while acting as a strategic partner to key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support complex cross-functional programs of work, leading both discreet projects and the local implementation of global initiatives as directed by the GSOC Senior Program Manager.
- Drive operational excellence across programs through maturing project documentation, standardizing monitoring of key performance indicators, and effective knowledge management.
- Maintain and develop cross-functional partnerships with key GSRS and external stakeholders, acting as regional representatives for GSOC programs.
- Act as a liaison to partners and support the Regional SOC Manager to improve operational delivery through effective change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to the GSRS mission to protect, sustain, and enable Google’s ability to thrive. Cultivate team norms that foster psychological safety and mutual respect.
