Overview
The Small Medium Enterprise & Corporate Global Strategy & Operations team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to local execution plans and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
As the AI Business Solutions Go To Market Activation Manager for DACH+WE SME&C Corporate, you will be a GTM activation business leader for the Corporate business, connecting strategy with field execution and measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with Sales, Solution, Marketing, Partner and Customer Success teams to identify where the greatest opportunities and execution gaps exist and translate these into focused GTM activation actions. You will bring the voice of the field, customer and partner into the business, while ensuring global and EMEA priorities land effectively across DACH+WE.

Responsibilities
- You will work with Sales Units to drive GTM for aligned AI Business Solution conversations and execution motions, identifying growth opportunities in the market and building clear execution plans and align, influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, business rhythms and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution.
- You will Lead Sales Activation to land and champion conversations, marketing and other propensity signals, activating connected sales and marketing execution to maximize performance and share.
- You will collaborate with the partner team for partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support business performance and champion Microsoft strategy and AI Business Solutions.
- You will advocate as the voice of the Customer, Partners and Field to provide thought leadership on competitive landscape, solution area gaps, sales trends, etc. to drive improvements on the GTM plan and grow organization capability to drive true insights, learnings and blockers for leaders, managers and sellers.
- You will participate in standardized rhythms and tools that drive increased customer and partner facing time for sellers and activate leaders and managers on investments and resource optimization, leveraging data and analysis.
- You will exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture, Leadership Principles and create clarity by creating a shared understanding and building a clear course of action as well as be a boundary-less leader who pursues right outcomes to achieve success.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong commercial and execution mindset who is as comfortable discussing business performance with a sales leader as working with a Solution team on an activation gap or with Marketing and Partner teams on how to reach and activate the right customers.
Operates as a business leader rather than a programme manager.
Builds credibility with sales leaders and sellers.
Uses data and insights to drive decisions and action.
Understands how Sales, Solution, Marketing, Partner and Customer Success execution connect.
Can translate broad strategy into a small number of clear field actions.
Has the influence and stakeholder management skills to lead across organisational boundaries.
Brings strong customer, partner and competitive curiosity.
Is comfortable operating across both Workforce AI and AI Business Process opportunities.
Uses Copilot, agents and automation to simplify work and scale impact.
Thrives in a fast-moving business where priorities and market dynamics continuously evolve.
Required qualifications
Significant experience in go-to-market, business planning, sales enablement, business development, marketing strategy, technical pre-sales or a related commercial role.
Experience translating strategy and data into executable business actions.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across organisational boundaries.
Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-moving and highly matrixed environment.
Strong analytical capability combined with commercial judgement.
Pay Ranges
Field Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 80,000.00 - € 151,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
