Fidorn is an early-stage technology company building AI-enabled infrastructure for financial audit. We are a small team of engineers and operators from Imperial, Stanford and Oxford, working across AI, financial services and automation.
We are hiring a full-time GTM Analyst
We are hiring a full-time GTM Analyst to help build and run our go-to-market engine.
This is a highly hands-on role. You will work across sourcing, outbound, pipeline management, experimentation and AI automation, with significant responsibility from the outset.
You will not be joining a mature sales organisation with a fixed playbook. A large part of the role is helping us work out what the playbook should be.
You will help manage the full process from identifying the right companies to getting qualified conversations booked.
This will include:
- Identifying and researching relevant companies and decision-makers
- Building targeted prospect lists across different segments
- Running high-volume outbound campaigns across email, phone and other channels
- Writing and testing outreach messaging
- Managing follow-ups and progressing interested prospects
- Booking qualified conversations for the team
- Maintaining relationships with brokers and other external sourcing channels
- Preparing concise research on companies ahead of important conversations
You will be expected to take ownership of outcomes, not simply complete a list of outreach tasks.
A major part of the role is making the overall process better.

You will:
- Maintain a structured CRM covering prospects, contacts, conversations, follow-ups and pipeline stages
- Identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel
- Track conversion rates across different channels and strategies
- Develop new sourcing and outreach approaches
- Improve how the team prioritises opportunities
- Build processes that allow us to operate at much higher volume without losing quality
We want someone who constantly asks whether a process can be made faster, more reliable or more scalable.
AI is embedded throughout how we operate.
You will use AI tools to automate and improve parts of the GTM process, including:
- Company and prospect research
- Lead qualification
- Outreach personalisation
- Follow-ups
- Inbound response handling
- CRM updates
- Pipeline monitoring
- Data collection and enrichment
You will work closely with the engineering team to develop and improve internal AI workflows and agents.
You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable learning technical tools and experimenting with new systems.
Experience with Python, APIs, AI agents, automation platforms or tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Clay, Apollo, n8n or similar products is useful.
We expect the GTM process to improve every week.
You will regularly test things such as:
- New customer segments
- Different decision-makers
- New data sources
- Outreach copy
- Email sequencing
- Call strategies
- Different outreach channels
- AI-generated personalisation
- New automation workflows

For each experiment, you should be able to understand what was tested, measure the result and decide what should happen next.
The goal is not simply to do more outreach. It is to continuously learn what works and build those learnings into the system.
You will work directly with the founders and engineering team.
As you develop in the role, you will also help coordinate interns or other team members working on sourcing and outbound.
Because you will sit close to prospects, you will also help surface patterns from the market that could influence our product, positioning and overall GTM strategy.
We care far more about how you think and work than a specific degree or previous job title.
You will likely be a strong fit if you are:

- Someone who looks for ways to automate repetitive work rather than accepting inefficient processes
You should also be comfortable working in an early-stage environment where there will not always be a predefined answer or process.
