Company Description

FIOR Group is the Identity and Enforcement layer for AI, focused on making AI agents secure, trusted, and manageable at scale. The company autonomously creates quantum-safe identities for AI agents at mass scale, enabling enterprises to control agent behavior through enforceable policies. With rapid global revocation of compromised or non-compliant agents, FIOR helps prevent rogue or unmanaged AI activity before it occurs. By establishing identity, permission, and accountability for AI systems, FIOR provides a shared trust foundation so organizations can deploy AI safely, responsibly, and with confidence.

Role Description

The GTM Architect role at FIOR Group is a remote, contract position responsible for refreshing, designing, and operationalizing the Agentic marketing stack for FIOR’s AI Gateway product.

  • Assess and recommend tooling across email, social, and voice channels.
  • Set up and finesse the tools.
  • Train existing staff on their operation.
  • It is loaded that a short contract might extend to a longer term role.

Qualifications

  • Go-to-market strategy and architecture skills, including deep technical setup and operations experience with a wide variety of tools and the wisdom and experience to select the right ones for us.
  • Segmentation, positioning, pricing, and packaging.
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to design and execute integrated GTM plans.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Knowledge of AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software markets, ideally in governance or risk domains.
  • Ability to create clear playbooks, frameworks, and enablement materials for cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record in launching or scaling B2B technology products or platforms at early-stage or growth-stage companies.
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
