About Magentic

We're building next-generation AI agents that can manage entire procurement workflows, tackling one of the world's largest industries. Our mission is to make global manufacturing supply chains more resilient by combining cutting-edge AI with deep enterprise expertise.

Backed by Sequoia Capital, our team brings together experience from OpenAI, Meta, Revolut, NASA, and McKinsey. We're still early, which means every person who joins has the opportunity to shape the company, influence the product, and have an outsized impact.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised, ambitious GTM Associate to join our commercial team.

This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years of sales or go-to-market experience who wants to learn quickly in a fast-moving startup. You'll work closely with the CEO and commercial team, supporting customer conversations from the first meeting through to deal progression. You'll build the commercial, communication, and customer-facing skills needed to succeed in enterprise go-to-market.

You'll meet with prospective customers (we focus on the Fortune 500), help prepare demos on our product, coordinate follow-ups, keep opportunities moving, and gradually take on more customer ownership.

If you're curious, commercially minded, and excited by AI, you'll be given significant responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop an understanding of customer challenges by participating in sales meetings and translating discussions into insights.
  • Draft thoughtful follow-up emails and meeting summaries.
  • Help prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Support customer discovery sessions by capturing requirements and action items.
  • Coordinate conference attendance, customer meetings, and event logistics.
  • Draft responses to customer questions and RFPs.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and ensure opportunities are up to date.
  • Conduct account and prospect research before meetings.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve our sales processes and collateral.
  • Take ownership of customer conversations as you develop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
