We are looking for a sharp, process-driven GTM & Commercial Enablement Manager to become the backbone of our commercial operations. In this greenfield role, you will build the tools, playbooks, training, and accountability structures that empower our client-facing teams to independently identify and pitch upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

This is a hands-on, operational role at its core, focused on creating high-quality commercial assets and driving HubSpot workflows, with a light-touch client-facing layer.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain playbooks, sales decks, demos, and deliverable examples for all product and service units so account teams have everything they need to spot and pitch upsell opportunities independently.
  • Partner with Product and AI teams to understand new features, updates, and tools, translating them into commercially viable, client-facing propositions and GTM materials.
  • Train Account Managers and Delivery Leads to recognize upsell signals and comfortably lead commercial conversations directly with their clients.
  • Analyze HubSpot data to map existing client service stacks, identify strategic gaps for upsells/cross-sells, track pipeline movement, and hold teams accountable for follow-up.
  • Join client conversations as an additional resource when an Account Owner needs strategic backup
  • Continuously update training materials, service definitions, pricing, and collateral in HubSpot based on field feedback and what resonates with clients.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, Commercial Operations, or Product Marketing within a Digital Marketing Agency, Media Agency, or Marketing Tech environment- Must.
  • Proven track record of building sales materials, playbooks, decks, and training programs from scratch (not just managing existing systems)- Must
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM- data mapping, pipeline tracking, contact management, and reporting
  • Strong baseline understanding of digital marketing service models
  • Comfortable supporting live client conversations as a secondary commercial resource without owning the client relationship.
  • Proven ability to manage creative pipelines, brief designers/writers, and deliver high-quality materials on tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in globally distributed, remote teams; comfortable adapting working hours across time zones (Israel, UK, US)
