About Unicorn

Unicorn is a specialist GTM talent agency helping some of the world's most exciting technology companies build exceptional commercial teams across the UK and US.

But we want Unicorn to be much more than a recruitment agency.

We're building communities that bring together ambitious people working across Sales, Customer Success and the wider GTM ecosystem to learn, connect and progress their careers.

We've already built communities including AEs of London, SDRs of London, Making Moves, Retention Seekers and GTM Leaders, bringing together hundreds of GTM professionals through events, educational content and networking.

Now we want to take that much further.

We're hiring our first GTM Community & Content Manager to take ownership of growing Unicorn's communities, events and content across both the UK and US.

The Opportunity

This is a role sitting at the intersection of community, events, content and social media.

You'll be responsible for making Unicorn one of the most valuable communities for GTM professionals, creating experiences and content that people genuinely want to engage with.

You'll deliver regular events in London while helping us expand our communities into the US, initially focusing on New York.

You'll also own how Unicorn engages with GTM professionals online, particularly through LinkedIn, turning conversations, events and insights from our network into educational content that helps people become better at what they do.

Ultimately, we want someone who can help turn Unicorn into a brand that GTM professionals actively choose to follow, engage with and be part of.

What You'll Be Doing

🎟️ Build Brilliant GTM Events

Own Unicorn's calendar of community events across the UK and US. You'll:

  • Plan and deliver regular GTM events in London.
  • Help launch and grow our community events in New York and other US markets.
  • Source and manage venues, suppliers and event partners.
  • Identify interesting topics that GTM professionals actually want to learn about.
  • Recruit speakers from leading technology companies.
  • Create event formats ranging from panels and fireside chats to workshops, dinners and larger community meet-ups.
  • Manage event promotion, registrations and attendee communications.
  • Attend and run events in both the UK and US.
  • Build relationships with sponsors and community partners.
  • Measure attendance, engagement and feedback to continually improve our events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Over time, we'd expect you to develop a strong personal network across both the UK and US technology ecosystems.
