By joining our global comms team and working closely with the global policy and Norwegian team, you will be part of a fast-scaling company that sits at the intersection of green energy and cutting-edge technology, helping us tell the story of how Nscale is powering the next generation of intelligence.


About the Role

You are the boots-on-the-ground, tactical coach for our GTM (Go-To-Market) team. You serve as the crucial execution layer in designing the global curriculum and overarching strategy. Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking V1 playbooks, field-testing them in live combat.
  • Localizing them for the specific dynamics of the market.
  • Driving absolute adoption across the team.

You will sit side-by-side with:

  • Account Executives
  • Deal Strategists
  • Technical sellers ...to hone their pitches, dissect their pipeline, and accelerate deal velocity.

In this role, you are the vital feedback loop between the reality of what the market demands today and the effectiveness of our global enablement materials.


Responsibilities

  • Content Localization & Adaptation

    • Take core Nscale messaging and tailor it specifically for market dynamics.
    • Build localized competitive intelligence profiles for highly active competitors in your region.
    • Adapt pitch decks accordingly.
  • Pipeline Interventions

    • Analyze regional CRM data to identify where deals are systematically stalling (e.g., at the technical validation stage or legal review).
    • Proactively build and deploy rapid-response training workshops to unblock the pipeline.
  • Continuous Field Education

    • Run regular, highly tactical sessions, including:
      • "Lunch and learns"
      • Rigorous role-play sessions
      • Micro-learning modules
    • Ensure the team’s technical knowledge and competitive edge remain razor-sharp.
  • Onboarding Execution

    • Partner closely with the field to facilitate the local execution of the onboarding bootcamp.
    • Ensure new hires ramp quickly and hit productivity milestones.

Requirements & Fit

You may be a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Sales enablement
    • Product marketing
    • Enterprise tech, cloud, or infrastructure sales (preferably quota-carrying Account Executive experience).
