Job Description
Eptura is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to join the Enablement team. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of scalable enablement programs that improve performance across the go-to-market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and other revenue-facing teams.
This role is focused on building the systems, programs, tools, and reinforcement strategies that increase productivity, accelerate ramp time, improve customer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and leadership teams to align enablement initiatives to strategic business priorities. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment, and delivering enablement solutions that scale globally.
This role will help evolve Eptura’s enablement function into a modern, AI-enabled revenue productivity organization. This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives, including needs analysis, program design, content and curriculum development, implementation, reinforcement, and effectiveness evaluation. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable operating strategically with leadership stakeholders and executing tactically to deliver high-impact enablement solutions at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
