About us

Humaans is building the next generation of infrastructure for the workplace; software designed for companies that are scaling fast, operating globally, and pushing into new boundaries.

What started as a system of record has evolved into a broader platform for operating people globally. With Athena, our agentic AI layer, Humaans moves beyond data management into intelligent orchestration, connecting workflows across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations so organisations can act faster and with greater confidence, redefining how work gets done.

We work with ambitious teams across Europe and the US, from AI-native companies like Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI, and Tandem Health, to established, high-growth organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, including Quantexa, Sellpy, Manychat, Gigs, Croud, and Threecolts. These teams don’t buy software for features, they buy leverage. The ability to run faster, cleaner, and with more control as complexity compounds.

To date, we’ve raised $20m in venture funding from some of the most respected founders, operators, and funds in technology: Lachy Groom (Physical Intelligence), Stewart Butterfield (Slack), Tobias Lütke (Shopify), Dylan Field (Figma), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn), Claire Johnson (Stripe), Oliver Jay (OpenAI), Jay Simmons (Bond) as well as Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, Pathlight Ventures, and Exor.

If you have massive ambition and want to work on a hard problem, with a small team that moves fast, at a moment when the category is genuinely up for grabs - this is it.

About the role

Revenue teams used to scale by adding people. Now they scale by building systems. We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own the infrastructure behind how Humaans finds, engages, and converts customers, turning our go-to-market strategy into automated systems that run at scale.

This is a builder role, not a reporting role. You'll sit between RevOps, Sales, and Marketing and own the connective tissue: the data pipelines, enrichment workflows, signal detection, lead scoring, routing, AI agents, and outbound infrastructure that decide which accounts we pursue, what we know about them, and what happens next. When a process is manual, slow, or rep-dependent, you replace it with a system. Your output scales non-linearly, because the system does the work, not the headcount.

Our GTM stack

Our GTM stack runs on HubSpot as the system of record, with Clay as the orchestration layer wiring together dozens of data providers, enrichment sources, AI models, and our own internal tools into automated workflows. You'll have dozens of tools at your disposal to build with, from enrichment and outbound platforms to call intelligence, AI coding tools, and our own internal tooling, plus the latitude to add new ones when they earn their place. We obsess over clean data and reliable systems, and we move fast by building on high quality foundations rather than stacking fragile workarounds.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your day to day

  • Own the data foundation: keep our CRM trustworthy with automated enrichment, hygiene routines, and clear ownership rules
  • Build enrichment and scoring workflows that turn raw firmographic and signal data into ranked, ready-to-action target lists
  • Design signal-based plays: detect the right buying signals and events as they happen, then trigger the right outreach at the right moment
  • Own cold email as our primary outbound channel: build and protect the sending infrastructure, manage deliverability and inbox health, personalise at scale, and instrument it so you're the first to know when something breaks
  • Deploy AI agents for research, personalisation, and CRM updates, with guardrails that protect quality and brand
  • Connect our GTM tools through their APIs, deciding what the source of truth is for each field and how data flows between systems
  • Launch new outbound campaigns continuously, run structured tests, read the results, and feed what you learn back into the system so it keeps improving
  • Partner with SDRs, AEs, and leadership to find bottlenecks, ship solutions in days, and scale what works
  • Design structured tests with defined success metrics up front, kill what underperforms fast, and double down on what works
  • Treat copy as a testable variable: systematically test subject lines, opening angles, and CTAs, then roll winners back into templates and agent prompts
  • Operate at volume: manage thousands of leads flowing through the system every day without letting data quality or targeting slip

Skills

  • Systems thinker with a commercial bias: you judge every workflow by whether it actually helps close a deal
  • Copywriting backed by testing: you write outbound that books meetings and prove it through reply and positive-reply rates rather than opens
  • Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack (Clay or equivalent, HubSpot or Salesforce, plus enrichment and sequencing tools)
  • Comfortable enough with SQL and a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) to solve problems independently; reading API docs, handling auth, and chaining calls doesn't scare you
  • Fluent with AI coding and automation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Zapier) and able to build, test, and ship agents and workflows end to end
  • Strong understanding of the outbound motion: ICP definition, lead scoring, deliverability, and what good outreach actually requires
  • Experimental mindset: you validate signals, measure everything, and turn feedback loops into better systems
  • You learn by tinkering. Background matters less than a track record of building things revenue teams actually use

Why Join Humaans Today?

HR tech is having its AI moment and we’re positioned to own it. Humaans started as a next-gen HRIS taking on large incumbents in a massive market. We’ve since evolved into something even bigger: an AI platform that sits across workforce data and automates the operational layer of HR entirely; the natural progression of what we’ve been building toward.

The product is highly differentiated. It’s built around a structured workforce data model that makes AI reliable in an HR context, something no one else has gotten right. Customers notice the difference immediately.

We’re backed by Y Combinator, Lachy Groom, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, and operators who’ve built some of the most consequential software companies of the last decade: the founders of Slack, Figma, and Shopify, and Asana’s former CRO and Head of OpenAI International.

We’re a small team with an unapologetically high bar. It shows up in the product, in how we communicate, and in the standards we hold each other to.

Our Commitment to Diversity

At Humaans we’re looking for genuinely good people that are transparent and emphatic. We’re committed to providing equal opportunities, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and ensuring a fair interview process for everyone. You’re welcome to apply no matter your gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, disability, or race.

Privacy notice

We care about your privacy. When you apply for a role at Humaans, we’ll collect and process your personal data as part of our recruitment process. This includes things like your CV, contact details, and any other information you choose to share. We may also contact you about future opportunities. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
