About the Role

My client is an early-stage AI startup building the AI-powered front desk for UK letting and estate agents live and already generating revenue with agencies across the country. Their product answers calls, emails, and messages 24/7, qualifies leads, books viewings, and handles the vast majority of that work autonomously.

They're now hiring a GTM Engineer: a highly technical builder who takes functions that traditionally run on manual work, starting with sales and marketing, and builds the systems that run them instead.

This is an engineering seat pointed at go-to-market, not a pre-sales or solutions role. You won't be running demos or writing integration docs, you'll be building the automations, agents, and tooling the commercial team relies on every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Automating sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and lead scoring, so sales works a prioritised list instead of a spreadsheet
  • Building the admin infrastructure around selling: pre-call briefs, CRM hygiene, follow-ups, pipeline reporting
  • Owning inbound capture end to end form to enrichment to routing to first response, measured in minutes
  • Building reporting the leadership team trusts, so channel decisions run on real numbers
  • Extending the same systems-thinking approach into wider parts of the business as you go

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
