Our Mission

Our mission is to make meaningful learning a part of your everyday 🧠. The shelf life of our skills is now less than 5 years. So, if you stopped learning today, your skills would soon be irrelevant. Think that’s a big problem? You’d be right.

About Us

Enter HowNow. Founded in 2019, our Learning and Skills Platform is disrupting the way people learn and upskill through technology. Whether it's finding a quick answer, learning skills or tapping into shared knowledge, we make it easy for people to learn what they need, when they need it.

Already used by fast-growing scale-ups and global enterprises, such as Trainline, Depop and Sanofi, we’re pushing the boundaries of how people learn.

Hi, I'm Duncan, Head of GTM at HowNow 👋🏾

I'm hiring a GTM Engineer to join us. It's a genuinely exciting time to be here: we've just been recognised on the 2026 Fosway 9-Grid for Learning Systems; we shipped Guru (our AI workplace coach), and it's already live with customers; and we're now working with brands like Trainline, TomTom, Investec, Depop and the UK Government across more than 30 countries.

The Role

This is a new title for us, and a deliberately broad one. You'll own the systems that put the right accounts in front of the right people, ensure every lead is scored and routed properly, and eliminate the manual steps that slow Sales down. You'll also own HubSpot as our system of record and the reporting that tells us what's actually working. Where Marketing and Sales own the analysis and the calls it drives, you own the infrastructure and data that makes those calls possible.

Day-to-day tasks will include 📩

  • Build our outbound growth engine
    • Own list building and targeting: sourcing the right accounts and contacts before anything else gets sent
    • Design and build automated outbound systems (sequencing, enrichment, AI personalization) that make outbound feel 1:1 at volume
    • Own the stack that powers it, and how it all connects into HubSpot
  • Build the intent-driven lead conveyor belt (Project: No Lead Left Behind)
    • Partner with Marketing to build the automated infrastructure that scores and routes every lead, inbound and outbound, by fit and intent. You own the system; together you own the outcome
  • Speed up the sales process
    • Work closely with Sales to find the manual, repetitive steps slowing deals down, and fix them with automation, AI, or just a better process, whichever actually solves it
  • Own HubSpot and baseline reporting
    • Keep HubSpot clean as the system of record, and make sure we can see what's working: pipeline, conversion, where deals stall
    • Use that data to keep improving the system itself, not just report on it
    • Partner with Marketing on attribution: you make sure the data and tracking exist to answer "what's working," they own the analysis and calls it drives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Alongside this, you'll own the GTM tech stack end-to-end (evaluating, selecting, and retiring tools as we scale) and be the glue between Sales, Marketing, and Product so that what you build actually gets used.

The Key Things We Will Be Looking For in Applicants 🔑

  • Two or more years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, revenue operations, or outbound-heavy demand generation, with systems you can point to and walk us through
  • Hands-on with the modern GTM stack: enrichment and list building, sequencers, no-code automation, and HubSpot specifically (workflows, lists, reporting, keeping it clean as the system of record)
  • Comfortable with APIs, spreadsheets and SQL at depth, and light scripting. You debug a broken workflow rather than escalate it
  • You understand the difference between fit and intent, and you've built or worked with logic that scores and routes leads based on both, not just static lists
  • You've owned a GTM tech stack end to end: choosing tools, integrating them, and retiring the ones that don't earn their place
  • Comfortable partnering with Marketing and Sales rather than working around them. You see attribution, campaigns, process fixes, and lead routing as shared problems, not a handoff
  • Genuinely fluent in AI tools for GTM: you're using them to build and ship, not just to draft emails faster
