GTM Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid)
Package: £70k to £80k base + Bonus

We’re working with a growing AI technology company that is investing in how it scales its commercial organisation. As the business continues to develop its go-to-market function across Europe and North America, it is now looking to hire a GTM Engineer to help improve the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of its revenue engine.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, this role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data, automation, and AI. It’s an opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and applying AI and automation to real commercial problems with a measurable impact on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the continuous improvement of the go-to-market engine
  • Identifying inefficiencies across the customer acquisition journey and implementing scalable solutions
  • Building AI-powered workflows that improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Developing automations that reduce manual work and increase speed of execution
  • Designing and optimising outbound prospecting workflows and account-based outreach programmes
  • Building AI-driven prospect research, account qualification, personalisation, and market intelligence processes
  • Developing systems that streamline content creation, proposals, RFP responses, and customer communications
  • Supporting BDRs and AEs with account prioritisation and engagement strategies
  • Improving conversion rates and pipeline generation efficiency across the sales funnel

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
