About LILT

AI is changing how the world communicates — and LILT is leading that transformation.

We're on a mission to make the world's information accessible to everyone, regardless of the language they speak. We use cutting-edge AI, machine translation, and human-in-the-loop expertise to translate content faster, more accurately, and more cost-effectively without compromising on brand, voice, or quality.

At LILT, we empower our teammates with leading tools, global collaboration, and growth opportunities to do their best work. Our company virtues—Work together, win together; Find a way or make one; Quicker than they expect; Quality is Job 1—guide everything we do. We are trusted by Intel Corporation, Canva, the United States Department of Defense, the United States Air Force, ASICS, and hundreds of global Enterprises. Backed by Sequoia, Intel Capital, and Redpoint, we’re building a category-defining company in a $50B+ global translation market being redefined by AI.

Go-To-Market at LILT

Go-to-market at LILT is our strategic growth engine. Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations run together. We're responsible for telling LILT's story and what makes us different from other translation options in the market. We tell that story to the world with effective demand generation programs, and we turn it into revenue through the outbound and inbound motions our reps run every day. We're shaping how people understand LILT's brand, product, and the category we're building.

We're expert storytellers and operators who work across the entire funnel, from awareness to conversion to expansion. We partner closely with Product and Customer Success to drive pipeline, accelerate adoption, and position LILT as the market leader in enterprise AI translation.

This role has a cross-functional mandate by design. The systems that matter most right now sit on the Sales and RevOps side as much as the Marketing side: Account routing, the lead-to-opportunity process, ADR-facing tooling, signal scanning for the reps. You'll have explicit standing to audit, redesign, and rebuild AI workflows across all of our growth systems.

We're building a world-class team and we're looking for ambitious, curious people who want to grow fast, work with seasoned operators, and help shape the future of AI and language.

Whether it's crafting compelling narratives, launching new capabilities, running high-impact campaigns, or engineering the systems underneath all of it, we move fast, think big, and care deeply about quality. If you're excited about AI, language, and building a category-defining company, you'll thrive here. It's a place to work if you want to have a real impact, learn a ton, working hands-on building content, campaigns, programs, and systems you can be proud of.

GTM Engineering at LILT

As LILT scales, more of our go-to-market motion is powered by agentic AI, systems that can research, enrich, sequence, and act on our behalf, not just report on what already happened. This role sits at the center of that shift. You'll be the builder who turns "we should automate this" into a working, reliable system, owning the tools and automations that keep Marketing, Sales, and RevOps running smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Examples of the kinds of systems that live in this role:

  • AI-driven meeting and lead qualification agents that compile evidence from across our stack to make a judgment
  • Account signal-scoring systems that combine data into a ranked, defensible view of where the team should spend its time
  • AI-drafted outbound at scale, personalized from live account context

These are illustrative rather than a fixed backlog. The specific builds will change; the shape of the work won't.

Where You'll Work

This role is based in our London office. We work in a hybrid model, with team members in the office 3 days per week to collaborate, brainstorm, and build together. You'll get the energy and creativity of in-person work, combined with the flexibility to focus from home when needed.

What You'll Do

This high-impact, hands-on role is responsible for owning LILT's agentic GTM systems: proposing, designing, building, and maintaining the AI-driven tools and automations that power our go-to-market engine, including our Clay-based enrichment and outbound workflows. You'll also play a critical role in optimizing our go-to-market technology stack, streamlining our lead-to-opportunity process, and helping to maintain day-to-day department operations.

You'll work closely with GTM leadership across Sales Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations and Systems functions to drive process optimization and overall efficiency. You'll recommend, build, and run cross-functional projects and process improvements that directly impact our operational efficiency and top-line growth of all revenue lines. You'll contribute to the strategy and execution of full-funnel programs that drive predictable, scalable pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agentic business systems integration. Propose, design, build, and maintain agentic AI tools and automations that connect and orchestrate our GTM stack end-to-end, reducing manual work and increasing the speed and reliability of our lead-to-revenue motion.
  • Own Clay and the automation stack. Serve as our resident expert on Clay (and similar enrichment/orchestration tools), building and maintaining tables, waterfalls, and workflows that keep our data accurate and our outbound motion running.
  • Salesforce lead-to-opportunity. Partner closely with RevOps to own the workflow from a new lead entering the system, through the various lead stages, and converting to an opportunity, including routing, assignment, and the rules that decide who works what.
  • Full-funnel ownership. Design and optimize the entire lead funnel, from top-of-funnel acquisition through MQL to SQL handoff, driving higher conversion and increased velocity.
  • Lead and contact data integrity. Work with internal tools and external vendors to maintain a high quality database of contacts across our target industries and personas.
  • Partner with Sales. Align tightly with revenue leadership to define pipeline goals, campaign targeting, SLAs, and lead management workflows. Sit close enough to the reps to know which parts of the process actually hurt.
  • Fuel growth. Partner closely with the demand gen team to drive multi-channel campaigns across email marketing, webinars, paid media, SEO, events, outbound motions, and ABM to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Use data to scale. Build a data-driven culture. Forecast, measure, and communicate program results, continuously optimizing for ROI and CAC efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work across demand gen, product marketing, ADRs, and sales ops to build cohesive, conversion-optimized systems and campaigns.
  • Department operations. Help with department-level planning for things like managing campaign budget, team meetings and activities, and annual planning.
  • Documentation and knowledge continuity. Maintain living documentation (Notion) for every agent and workflow you own, to a standard where a new team member or another AI agent could pick up ownership without a live handover call. This is a stated expectation of the role, not an afterthought.

Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS or AI/ML go-to-market engineering, RevOps, or marketing operations, with a track record of building automations that actually ship.
  • Hands-on Clay expertise. You've built waterfall enrichment, scoring, and routing in Clay (or a comparable tool), and you can take a new use case from idea to live quickly.
  • Agentic AI and automation fluency. Comfortable proposing, designing, and building agentic workflows and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and orchestration tools, to connect systems and eliminate manual work.
  • Working proficiency in Python/other languages for building and maintaining AI agent pipelines. Comfortable working inside an existing codebase, not just writing standalone scripts.
  • Comfortable reasoning about tradeoffs under cost and token constraints. You can explain not just what you built, but why you didn't build the more expensive or more complex version.
  • Strong Salesforce fundamentals. You can build reports, understand the object model and the automation layer, and use what you find to change how the funnel actually performs.
  • A point of view on where AI in GTM is heading. We'll ask. We're less interested in whether we agree than in whether you've thought about it seriously.
  • Obsessed with the metrics that matter: MQLs, pipeline, bookings, funnel conversion, velocity, CAC, and ROI.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Smart, curious, and hard-working.
  • Natural collaborator and communicator, comfortable presenting to executives, boards, and cross-functional stakeholders.
