Job Description
As a GTM Engineer at LightWork AI, you will build the mission-critical systems that power the company’s commercial engine. Moving beyond manual workflows, you’ll leverage LLMs, Claude Code, and agentic frameworks to automate lead generation, pipeline management, and marketing operations, directly impacting revenue growth alongside the founding team.
Location
London, UK
Why this role is remarkable
- High-impact engineering: You aren't building product features; you are building the automated engine that determines how fast the company scales and dominates the UK market.
- Cutting-edge AI stack: Work daily with Claude, Claude Code, MCP, and agentic workflows to solve real-world business bottlenecks in a high-velocity environment.
- Direct founder collaboration: Join a lean, revenue-generating team with ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 compliance, working 4 days a week in the London office.
What You Will Do
- Architect and maintain a definitive data picture of the UK agency market, automating sourcing, enrichment, and scoring to provide sales with a prioritized daily list.
- Build end-to-end inbound capture systems and marketing automation tools that handle lead routing and first response in minutes rather than days.
- Identify and automate expensive manual processes across the entire business, including onboarding, customer success, and finance operations, using internal tools and agentic workflows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
