You will architect the go-to-market machine for a scaling fintech platform. By designing AI agents and automated workflows, you'll eliminate manual toil across the revenue funnel. You'll bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and customer success, building data-driven pipelines that ensure the entire growth engine runs seamlessly and efficiently.

What You Will Do
- Architect and automate the GTM stack, connecting the CRM, data warehouse, and various growth tools.
- Design and ship AI-powered agent stacks for prospecting, enrichment, and intelligent lead routing.
- Build self-updating data pipelines and SQL-driven dashboards to monitor and fix funnel leaks.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record building complex systems and automations using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Technical proficiency to read code, ship minor PRs, and interrogate data warehouses with SQL.
- Direct experience working within GTM functions like RevOps, Sales, or Marketing to understand revenue motions.
