Summary
Go-To-Market Lead: Cold Email + LinkedIn Outreach (Smartlead + Aimfox) | Finance | $1,000/mo + 2.5% Commission, Uncapped
Full-time | Fully remote | Long-term role
We are a capital advisory firm (investment banking offer: we help companies raise equity and debt) with a 25+ person international team, growing aggressively. We are hiring one person to own our entire go-to-market engine.
The goal is simple and it is not a vanity number: 1,000,000 cold emails sent per month, ASAP, plus a serious LinkedIn outbound motion running alongside it. You build the machine, you run it, you scale it.
What You Will Own
- Cold email on Smartlead: campaign setup, sequencing, copy testing, spintax, sending infrastructure, deliverability
- LinkedIn outreach on Aimfox (works like HeyReach): multi-step connection and message sequences, iteration, A/B testing
- Campaign management end to end: launch, monitor, iterate, kill what does not work, double down on what does
- Tracking and data: reply rates, positive reply rates, meetings booked, conversions. You report on what matters and nothing else
- The full GTM engine of the firm: This is not an assistant role. You are the operator
You are NOT the appointment setter. When positive replies come in, our setters and AI handle the booking. Your job is to keep the top of that funnel full of qualified positive replies. We already have a lead source at excellent prices, so lead cost is not your bottleneck. Execution is.

Who This Role Is For
An indie-hacker-style cold email operator. The kind of person who is genuinely obsessed with this game and follows the space closely (if you know the Nick Abraham school of cold email, you know exactly what we mean). Specifically, you:
- Know that open rates are a trap. You never track opens, you know why open tracking hurts deliverability, and the only metrics you care about are replies and positive replies
- Know where to buy inboxes and keep up with the new infrastructure providers. We use ScaledMail today, but if you can name three providers you would evaluate this month and why, that is the level we want
- Understand Clay and enrichment/waterfall workflows for building and cleaning lists
- Live and breathe spintax, copy rotation, domain and inbox ramp-up, warmup, and A/B testing at volume
- Have run LinkedIn sequences (Aimfox, HeyReach, Expandi or similar) and iterated them based on data
- Have a real interest in finance. You will be writing outreach for founders and CFOs raising capital. If markets, M&A and fundraising bore you, this will not work
- Take initiative. This is the single most important trait for us. Nobody will hand you a daily task list. You see a bottleneck, you fix it. You have an idea, you test it and show us the numbers

Who Should Not Apply
- You need instructions before you can act
- Your cold email experience is a few hundred emails from one Gmail account
- You think warmup and deliverability are optional details
- You want to juggle this alongside five other clients. This is a full-time, dedicated seat
Compensation
- $1,000 USD per month base
- PLUS 2.5% commission on every deal closed through the GTM engine you install. We are an investment banking advisory firm: closed deals mean five-figure fee events, so this is real money, and it is uncapped. If the engine performs, you should out-earn your base many times over
First 30 Days
- Audit our current Smartlead and Aimfox setup and infrastructure
- Take over live campaigns and ship your first copy and sequence iterations in week one
- Present your ramp plan to 1M emails/month: domains, inboxes, providers, warmup schedule, copy rotation
- Own the weekly numbers: sends, replies, positive replies, meetings booked
