About Us

At sunday, we're on a mission to reinvent hospitality, starting with how guests experience every moment at the table. With just their phone, guests can browse the menu, order, pay, tip, and leave a review in seconds. Behind that simplicity lies powerful technology built for the industry: from QR codes and smart payment terminals that save servers time, to real-time guest insights that help teams elevate every shift.

We're growing fast across Europe and the US, staying obsessed with one thing: creating the best possible experience for our customers. Our culture is hands-on, ambitious, and relentlessly focused on impact. We move fast, think big, and never settle for “good.”

If you're hungry to build the future of hospitality and scale something extraordinary, you'll feel right at home at sunday.

About the Role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to build the systems that put the right restaurants in front of our sellers at the right moment. You'll sit within our Revenue Operations team, working closely with Sales and Marketing across the US, UK and France.

This is a hands-on role for a scrappy builder. You'll report to our Senior GTM Engineer, who will set direction and mentor you as you grow, while you own getting projects built and live and make many calls yourself.

Key Responsibilities

The areas below are our starting point for Q4, and the work is global across all three markets. Our Q4 roadmap is focused on Sales, and over time the work will extend to Operations and Customer Experience.

  • Lead lists and scoring
    • Build and refresh a prioritized list for every seller of their highest-fit restaurants.
    • Build and run the scoring models and intent signals that rank those restaurants, such as a new opening, a new location or a change of payment provider.
    • Run our contact waterfall so reps have the right decision makers and contact details for every lead.
  • Inbound
    • Build and improve inbound flows by automating manual touch points and strengthening enrichment.
    • Set up Slack alerts that get every inbound lead to the right seller in minutes.
  • Restaurant data
    • Clean, deduplicate and maintain our restaurant data across all three markets. It's messy, and making it reliable is a big part of the job.
    • Test data providers in each market and help decide which ones we use.
    • Build AI workflows that research each restaurant, including its website, menu, reviews and current tech, and fill the gaps providers leave.
  • Outbound automation
    • Build and run automated outbound campaigns for our sellers, from choosing who to contact to personalized sequences and follow-ups.
  • Working with sellers
    • Work closely with sellers and managers in every market to find where they lose time.
    • Take projects from idea to live on your own, and know what to flag to your manager and what to just handle.
    • Test new AI and automation tools, and share what works with the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

GTM engineering is a new field, and we care far more about what you've built than what it was called. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.

Must-haves

  • GTM experience: 2+ years in go-to-market roles such as growth, revenue operations, sales operations, or a prospecting role where you built your own tools.
  • Hands-on building: at least 1 year building lead, enrichment or automation workflows with Clay, n8n, Make or similar, connected to a CRM.
  • AI-first in how you work: you use AI every day, including Claude Code, Cursor or similar to build things yourself.
  • Technical basics: comfortable with APIs, webhooks and basic SQL, and keen to go deeper.
  • Scrappy and self-directed: you take a loose brief and turn it into something that works, without waiting for detailed instructions.
  • Global mindset: comfortable working across cultures and time zones, with teams in the US, UK and France.
  • Passion for restaurants: you're genuinely excited about restaurants and hospitality, and curious about how they run.
  • Languages: fluent French and professional English for Paris; professional English for London.
