About Steward

Steward is changing the way AML/KYC works in the investment world. Our AI-first product brings investor onboarding, document review and compliance workflows into one contextualised operating system, replacing email chains and disconnected systems.

Founded by Arik Oslerne and Moshe Lieberman, Steward is backed by a $5M round led by Motive Partners and Outward VC, with participation from Cooley and prominent angels. Our clients include £100bn+ asset managers, global fund administrators, broker dealers and banks.

Why join

  • See the impact of your work: Help turn outreach, content and events into new sales conversations.
  • Learn directly from the founder: Build practical experience across sales and marketing.
  • Inside the AI shift: Help bring AI into financial services and use it to improve your own work.

The role

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow Steward. You’ll work directly with our founder and Chief Growth Officer, combining outbound sales with content, social media and events.

Your main focus will be generating qualified sales meetings. Alongside prospecting, you’ll keep our website content fresh, help produce our newsletter, run our social publishing schedule and support events. We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, writes well and follows through.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
