Who you are

A builder's mindset

  • When you see a manual or broken process, you fix it
  • Excellent verbal communication - confident, professional and personable, as you may be working directly with customers in this role
  • Comfort with AI tooling, using it daily to move faster, and excited by how far it can go
  • Excitement for breadth and change, happy to turn your hand to whatever the business needs, and energized when no two weeks look the same
  • An interest in how great products find and keep their customers, and comfort with data and CRM tooling, or the appetite to get there fast
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with curiosity and an eagerness to challenge assumptions

Even if you're unsure whether you meet all the role requirements, we would still love to hear from you.

What the job involves

Our Graduate Startup Program is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers with ownership from day one. Each year we take on a handful of graduates and give every one of them an irresponsible amount of responsibility, with the support to run with it.

Now in its fourth year, the program is a deliberate part of how we hire and grow talent at Attio. There is no playbook for redefining a software category, so we look for first-principles problem solvers: high-energy, curious and high-agency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
