About the Role

Statement is building a Financial Operating System that brings a company’s financial data together, answers questions about the business, and automates the financial workflows that normally take hours.

We’re early, growing, and looking for someone to own GTM and help us figure out how Statement reaches its next 100, then 1,000 customers.

This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a finished playbook.

You’ll help build it.

What you’ll do

  • Own and execute GTM experiments across outbound, partnerships, communities, and product-led growth
  • Identify and test ICPs, channels, messaging, and positioning
  • Build and manage our sales pipeline from prospecting through conversion
  • Work directly with the founder on strategic accounts and enterprise opportunities
  • Develop partnerships with accountants, finance communities, SaaS platforms, and other potential distribution channels
  • Turn customer conversations into insights for product and positioning
  • Track the numbers that matter — leads, demos, activation, conversion, CAC, and revenue
  • Double down on what works and quickly stop what doesn’t

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who we’re looking for

You’re someone who likes building from zero.

You’re analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable getting your hands dirty. One day you might be speaking to customers, the next analyzing conversion data, writing outbound copy, or testing a new acquisition channel.

Ideally, you have 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or another early-stage technology company. More important than years of experience is evidence that you’ve actually helped acquire customers and grow revenue.

You should be comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership without waiting for a detailed brief.

Why Statement

We already have early customers and design partners, an enterprise contract, Innovate UK backing, and institutional venture funding.

Now we want to build a repeatable GTM engine around the product.

You’ll work directly with the founders and have significant ownership over how Statement goes to market.

Interested? Send us a DM with a little about yourself and, most importantly, something you’ve grown.
