About the Internship Program

What You Will Do

  • Support GTM execution in the UK market by coordinating with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing and Product Management, as well as external retail and distribution partners to support product launches, pricing updates and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research by collecting and organizing market insights, competitor information, channel feedback and consumer trends to support GTM strategy and product positioning in the UK.
  • Support sales performance tracking by monitoring sell-through data and comparing actual performance against forecasts, helping the team identify trends, gaps and opportunities related to product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) planning by working with global Product, Marketing and GTM teams to track launch timelines, coordinate key milestones and ensure market readiness for new products in the UK.
  • Coordinate GTM materials and product logistics, including product samples, retail displays, POS materials and other marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery to retail partners and supporting local promotional activities.
  • Support GTM process optimization by documenting workflows, maintaining process materials and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct basic business and commercial analysis related to pricing, product assortment, retail execution and promotional performance, and support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support pricing and promotional strategy execution by understanding how pricing and promotions impact retail performance and helping communicate relevant strategies and updates to local partners.
  • Conduct customer mapping to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers and organizational structures across retailers, distributors and other strategic partners, supporting business development and relationship management.
  • Support local brand and offline marketing activities in the UK, including event planning, execution and post-event follow-up as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics or a related field.
  • Fluent Chinese and English communication skills are required. Experience studying, living or working in the UK is a strong plus.
  • Strong interest in the consumer electronics industry, particularly in sales, go-to-market, product management, retail or channel marketing.
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of the UK retail and distribution landscape, including consumer electronics retailers, department stores, DIY retailers, e-commerce platforms, distributors and other relevant commercial channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well-organized, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment and communicating with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
  • Willingness and flexibility to participate in offline events, retailer visits and other local business activities in the UK when required.
