About Navys
Navys is a venture backed legal technology company building enterprise workflow software for private funds.
The platform replaces manual, email driven legal processes with a structured system that enables funds lawyers, GPs and LPs to execute complex transactions more efficiently. Navys is focused on real legal workflows, not generic AI tools or document summarisation, and is designed to support production grade, enterprise use cases.
Navys is building core infrastructure for how funds legal work is done, with a strong emphasis on execution, clarity and real-world impact. Early commercial traction includes strong engagement from AmLaw100 firms and leading private equity funds, reflecting clear market demand and validation from top-tier industry participants.
Role Summary
Navys is seeking a GTM Lead to own sales and revenue. The product is built and in use with law firms and private equity funds; the priority now is winning clients and driving adoption.
The role has two core responsibilities. The first is to create a repeatable, scalable system that brings the right people into our inbound pipeline. The second is to lead client relationship management and sales, from first contact through to signed contract and live usage.
This is a role for a high-agency operator with strong commercial instinct and an established network across private equity funds, GPs, LPs, IR teams and the law firms that serve them. Working directly with the CEO, you will largely be paid on what you close, and over time build and lead the GTM function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
