Most GTM roles ask you to optimise an existing playbook. This one asks you to write it.
Our client has built an innovative enterprise AI platform that helps engineering organisations manage, secure and optimise AI usage across multiple models.
The technology is built. The beta has launched. Now they’re looking for the person who can define how it reaches market.
This isn’t a Head of Sales role. It isn’t a Product Marketing role. It isn’t a traditional Commercial Director position.
It’s a genuine 0→1 Go-to-Market opportunity.
Working directly with the CEO, Product and Engineering teams, you’ll take the product from early market validation to repeatable enterprise growth, shaping everything from customer discovery and positioning through to commercial strategy, partnerships and the first enterprise customers.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll become the commercial bridge between Product and Customers.
Initially, success won’t be measured by the size of your team. It will be measured by your ability to answer questions like:
- Who is the ideal customer?
- Why will they buy?
- How should we position the product?
- What pricing model works?
- Which partnerships matter?
- What messaging resonates?
- How do we create a repeatable GTM motion?
You’ll personally:
- Lead customer discovery and market validation
- Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Build the commercial strategy
- Develop positioning and messaging
- Secure early design partners and lighthouse customers
- Build strategic partnerships
- Influence product direction through customer insight
- Create the first repeatable commercial motion

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
As the business grows, you’ll help shape the commercial organisation around what you’ve proven.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re interested in people who have successfully commercialised highly technical products—not generic SaaS.
Your background might include:
- Developer Platforms
- AI Infrastructure
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Enterprise Infrastructure Software
- Engineering Platforms
- Open Source technologies
You’ve probably helped launch a new product, built a new business unit or defined the commercial strategy for a technical platform before.
You understand how engineering organisations evaluate technology and you’re comfortable engaging with technical buyers including Platform Engineering leaders, VP Engineering and CTOs.
Technical enough to earn engineers’ respect
You don’t need to write code. But you do need the credibility to work alongside engineers, developers and product managers.
You’ll naturally understand concepts such as:
- APIs
- AI infrastructure
- Developer workflows
- Platform technologies
More importantly, you’ll know how to translate complex technical capability into compelling commercial value.
The mindset
This role will suit someone who thinks like a Product Manager with strong commercial instincts.
Someone who enjoys asking questions before making assumptions.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Someone who sees customer conversations as an opportunity to shape the product—not simply close a deal.

- AI-native organisations
- Developer ecosystems
- Platform GTM
- Product Marketing
- Open Source commercialisation
