The Role
EMEA Ads Product & Go-To-Market is an integrated function bringing together product and commercial talent to own the full product and commercial lifecycle of Samsung Ads products in EMEA. The GTM Lead, CTV sits within the Ad Experiences domain team and is the go-to-market authority for Samsung’s native home screen ad formats - one of the most distinctive and high-impact advertising solutions in the Samsung ecosystem.
Working in close partnership with the Native TV Ad Formats Product Lead, this role owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for native home screen formats from value proposition and narrative development through to sales enablement and market adoption.
We are looking for a seasoned go-to-market specialist with experience in the ad tech industry, video, TV and/or CTV advertising, and expertise in bringing ad products to market with end-to-end ownership of product-market fit and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have pan-European experience in media and ad tech, strong attention to detail and communication skills, a creative storyteller with the ability to simplify complex topics, and the ability to effectively collaborate, establish relationships, and influence stakeholders and leaders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Role And Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
GTM strategy and activation - native home screen formats
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and activation for Samsung’s native home screen ad formats in EMEA. This includes building the core value proposition, narrative, and positioning to effectively bring products to market, as well as defining the measurement frameworks to measure impact and success.
Voice of the customer
- Act as the conduit between EMEA client-facing teams, the Head of Ad Experiences Product & GTM, Global P&E, and other internal support teams. Synthesise market requirements and craft POVs on product-market fit - what the market needs from native home screen formats and how best to position what exists - and drive these into the product feedback loop to influence the roadmap.
Product feedback loop
- Build the frameworks to track and measure the adoption of native home screen ad products. Capture advertiser feedback and own the process of delivering market intelligence to the Native TV Ad Formats Product Lead and Global P&E to inform the product roadmap.
Holistic “All Samsung” go-to-market
- Contribute to a unified Samsung Ads value proposition that positions native home screen formats as part of a comprehensive media ecosystem. Ensure all collateral reflects a cohesive Samsung Ads story, elevating the brand from individual ad products to a full ecosystem play. Work closely with the Head of Ad Experiences Product & GTM to ensure consistency of narrative and positioning across the Ad Experiences domain.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Maintain a strong relationship and tight feedback loop with the sales organisation to identify market friction points, training gaps, product issues, and collateral needs in real time.
Thought leadership
- Be the subject matter expert for native home screen formats and CTV advertising in EMEA. - Excellent organisational and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
