The Role
Our first hire. Own the full funnel, build the sales & customer success playbook, and develop new business directions alongside the founders.
Why this is the right time to join
We started selling a few months ago, and we are outgrowing the capacity we have. We noticed that our product and AI opens up major strategic directions and a generational opportunity. Now we need entrepreneurs like us that are full of energy and willing to build great things. We need somebody that helps us to develop new business directions and establish strong sales & customer success operations. We are well funded and cashflow positive. Now we want to invest and transform health and safety.
No two days are the same, but as a Founding GTM Lead you can expect to
- Run the full funnel for a segment: prospecting, outreach, demos and closing
- Become the trusted advisor to our customers: onboarding, feedback loops and expansion
- Turn what works into a playbook and build strong operations (ICP, messaging, pricing experiments and CRM)
- Feed customer insight back into product — and build it yourself (we enable everyone to build features using our agentic coding harness)
- Develop new business directions because you are an entrepreneur and you care about it
- Take on founder-level side projects: fundraising support, partnerships, events and ops
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You are the first hire. You will do everything. There won't be a better preparation for founding your own company than this position at this time.
What We Value
- Proven entrepreneurial track record: you've started something — a company, a side business, a new initiative inside a company — and can show what happened
- Client-obsessed: you can tell stories of going far beyond what the client expected
- 2–4 years in sales / consulting / startup / founder roles: or not but you can backup why that does not matter

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Most companies hire based on a pedigree checklist: brand-name universities, prestigious internships, and perfectly linear corporate trajectories. All of that is a plus but not the main reasons why we will hire you.
We look for raw potential, exceptional learning speed, and unyielding drive. We care about your underlying skills, how you break down complex problems, and your hunger to build something massive—not where you sat in a classroom or how traditional your CV looks.
If your career path is non-linear, unconventional, or outright messy, good. We have the ability to look through the noise, see past the fog, and identify true talent from every angle. If you possess high general intelligence and a relentless bias for action, FireCheckr will be your launchpad to greatness.
Our hiring process is non conventional and we take pride in spending 80% of interviewee time on exploring your underlying skills and not experience.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
