ABOUT YOU

We are a capital advisory firm working with founders across Europe and the Gulf who are raising capital or selling their companies. We run one of the more aggressive outbound machines in the space: a large cold email fleet, LinkedIn automation, and a phone team, feeding qualified founder calls to closers every day. We need the person who owns this machine end to end and lives or dies by its numbers.

THE ROLE

You are the GTM Lead. The infrastructure, the volume, the deliverability, the campaigns, the leads, the copy: yours. You come with ideas, not a request for an SOP. Long term, you own GTM and hire a team around you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Infrastructure: domain buying strategy, inbox provisioning across Google and Microsoft, warmup pipelines, provider selection, and constant scouting for better infra. You know exactly where to buy domains for email infra and why
  • Deliverability: you track SURBL, Spamhaus, and every blacklist that matters, daily. You monitor placement, kill burning domains, and treat a spam folder like a house fire
  • Sending: Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison. You know them in detail, and you spintax like your life depends on it
  • LinkedIn: Aimfox and HeyReach like the back of your hand, running alongside email, engaging leads on LinkedIn that we spoke to on email
  • Data: Apollo, Crunchbase scrapers, PitchBook scrapers, lookalike audiences. Every lead cleaned, verified, and enriched through Clay or similar before a single send
  • Campaigns: launching new angles constantly, testing copy, reading replies, feeding what you learn back into the machine
  • The floor: talking to the setter and BDR team about lead quality, because their inbox is your report card
  • The numbers: you track everything, and you do not sleep under a 1% positive reply rate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

THE PAY

  • $1,000/month base + 2.5% of every deal the firm closes
  • Average deal is $30,000, so every close pays you $750, whether email, LinkedIn, or phone sourced it, because the whole machine is yours
  • 2 team closes a week = ~$7,500/month. 5 a week = ~$17,200/month
  • At our target run rate this seat pays $25k+/month. That is a $300k/year role for running the machine
  • Every point of reply rate you add pays you directly. Forever.

WHO YOU ARE

  • An email and LinkedIn savage. You have personally run fleets, not just campaigns
  • Obsessed. When you are not sending, you are tracking. When you are not tracking, you are optimising. When you are not optimising, you are reading cold email X
  • You follow Nick Abraham, Termsheetinator, and the cold outbound corner of X religiously, and you have opinions
  • A builder: you want to own GTM outright and hire a team underneath you as we scale
  • Interested in finance and Wall Street. You want to print money in a business that prints money
  • Full-time, all-in. This is a way of life, not a job

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

  • Marketers who think GTM means brand and webinars
  • Anyone who has never burned a domain and learned from it
  • Anyone who needs an SOP handed to them on day one
