Company: Stafflink (mystafflink.co)
Location: Remote, based anywhere in Europe (UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux preferred)
Engagement: Revenue share partnership, converting to full-time once sales target is hit
Reports to: Hamza (Founder & CEO)

About Stafflink

Stafflink builds custom software, SaaS products, AI integrations, and dedicated engineering teams for founders, CTOs, and agencies. Founded in 2024, we crossed $1M in revenue in under a year with no sales team. Delivery runs out of Lahore, leadership sits in Florida, and clients are across the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. We have an Anthropic Claude Certified Architect on the team.
Every deal so far has been founder-led. This role exists to change that.

The Role

You'll be our first dedicated GTM person in Europe. You own the number for the region.

  • Build and run outbound to founders, CTOs, and product leads at SaaS companies and agencies
  • Work inbound and referral leads handed to you from the founders
  • Run discovery calls, scope engagements with our delivery lead, and close
  • Own pipeline hygiene in Close CRM
  • Feed market insight back to the founders: what buyers ask for, what objections come up, what pricing lands
  • Use your existing network to open doors. That's a big part of why we're hiring in Europe.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We Sell

  • Custom software and SaaS development
  • AI integration and Claude-powered features
  • Legacy modernization and UI/UX
  • Dedicated engineering teams (staff augmentation)
  • Typical deal: $20K–$150K project or a $5K–$15K/month dedicated team.

Compensation

Phase 1 — Revenue share. Uncapped percentage of every deal you close, paid when the client pays. You set your own hours. We cover tools, CRM, email infrastructure, and case studies.
Phase 2 — Full-time. When closed revenue reaches the agreed target, you convert to a full-time package: base salary plus commission, with a title and equity conversation on the table.
Exact percentage and target are agreed before you start and written into the contract.

You're a Fit If You Have

  • Track record you can show: deals closed, quota hit, logos won
