Profound
Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, used by 15% of the Fortune 500 including Comcast, Estée Lauder, and Walmart, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. It is where marketing teams do the work: research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting, all in one place, alongside agents that carry the load with them.
Built on 2B+ real user prompts and growing, Profound’s data shows you what people ask AI and what the models say back. Profound's AI Marketer joins that data with deep context about our customers to find the opportunities worth acting on, and then puts agents to work: automating reporting, drafting content, auditing pages for readability, running competitive research. It measures what works and gets better every day.
GTM Operations Business Partner
As our GTM Operations Business Partner, you will be the operational partner to our sales leaders and reps, helping the field run with clarity, structure, and clean data as we scale. You will work on strategic GTM projects and run them end to end, partnering closely with Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering to turn what the field needs into scalable processes and tools. Territory management is a prime example, whether that means running territory operations or building the tools that let us scale them as our sales team grows. This is a generalist role that will shape itself around the needs of the business, and the scope will extend over time to other GTM priorities, including compensation, planning, and analytics.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic GTM projects end to end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through rollout and adoption, with territory management as a core example
- Own territory design and coverage, building whitespace analysis and coverage models that keep reps focused on the right accounts
- Operationalize the territory playbook, including territory rules of engagement (ROE), and partner with Sales leadership to resolve ownership questions quickly
- Partner with Revenue Systems to add new accounts to the book on a regular cadence and assign them to the right territories
- Partner with GTM Engineering and Revenue Systems to keep territory data accurate and enriched, and to improve CRM workflows, account routing, and lead assignment logic
- Act as the day-to-day business partner to sales leaders and reps, fielding questions and turning them into clear answers
- Build and maintain the reporting and dashboards that give sales leaders visibility into territory health, ownership, and engagement
- Run the operating cadences that keep GTM teams aligned, prepping materials, tracking action items, and keeping the rhythm disciplined
- Build scalable systems and tools that make GTM operations easier across Sales and Post-Sales
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, and Finance to keep account data, coverage models, and reporting definitions aligned
- Take on additional GTM priorities as the role grows, including compensation, planning, and analytics
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that help GTM leadership make faster, better-informed calls

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
