About Sierra

At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney.

We are guided by a set of values that define our culture:

  • Trust

Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor:

  • Bret Taylor currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. He was also one of Google’s earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps.
  • Clay Bavor spent 18 years at Google, leading initiatives like Google Labs, Project Starline (AR/VR), Google Lens, and Google Workspace. Before founding Sierra, he led Google’s AI-first approach and Agent Development strategies.

  • Analyzing, optimizing, and implementing sales territories and processes for a fast-growing sales team

  • Collaborating with Pricing, Legal, Operations, Sales, Agent Development, and Finance teams to:
    • Identify inefficiencies in current GTM operations
    • Design scalable solutions to support Sierra’s growth
  • Turning data-driven insights into actionable, executive-ready recommendations
  • Taking on special projects related to:
    • International expansion
    • Pricing and deal strategy
    • Marketing enablement
    • AI Agent development
  • Acting as a versatile, proactive team player to handle both foundational tasks and high-impact initiatives
  • Leveraging AI-native tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to:
    • Automate workflows
    • Build lightweight internal systems
    • Create operational leverage

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
