About Zorro

Our platform helps lenders, brokers, investors and advisory firms discover opportunities before everyone else. We combine Companies House, financial data, ownership records, buying signals and hundreds of other data sources into one trusted record for every business.

Our AI agents monitor the market, identify companies that match a customer's strategy, qualify them, personalise outreach and help generate new opportunities.

Everything is built in house. Engineers, product and commercial teams work side by side, shipping improvements every week. Customer feedback quickly becomes product improvements, giving everyone the opportunity to shape the platform as it grows.

The role

You'll work directly with founders, customers and engineers to improve every stage of the customer journey.

One day you'll be onboarding a new customer. The next you'll be analysing campaign performance, improving an AI workflow or helping shape a new product feature.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
