About Kleos
Kleos is a global payroll platform helping companies hire and pay teams in 242 countries. We're scaling our B2B marketing engine and building the operational backbone to support it.
The Role
You'll own the systems layer of our go-to-market: CRM architecture, marketing automation infrastructure, data quality, attribution, and reporting. This is a hands-on builder role, you'll design and run the machinery that our campaigns, lifecycle programs, and sales handoffs depend on. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and be one of the first dedicated hires on the marketing ops side, so you'll have real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own HubSpot administration end-to-end: object architecture, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, and integrations.
- Build and maintain the marketing-to-sales pipeline: lead routing, MQL/SQL definitions, handoff SLAs, and feedback loops.
- Design and maintain attribution and funnel reporting (attribution, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution) across HubSpot, GA4, and our analytics stack.
- Set up and optimize tracking infrastructure: UTM governance, conversion tracking, form and event instrumentation.
- Automate repetitive GTM processes with workflows, cold outreach and, where useful, tools like Clay, Claude.
- Manage data quality: deduplication, enrichment, segmentation health, database compliance (GDPR).
- Partner with lifecycle, paid, events marketing teams to make sure campaign infrastructure (audiences, triggers, suppression logic) is reliable and measurable.
- Document processes so the operation scales beyond you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
