We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
We’re looking for a GTM Partnerships Lead
To help us build and scale a thriving ecosystem of partners across multiple channels, including System Integrators (SIs), affiliates, and resellers. This is a high-impact role with both strategic and operational responsibility. You’ll help build the foundation for several of our partner programs, own key relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure customers and partners both succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Help scale Attio's Expert Program, growing a thriving ecosystem of consultants, agencies, and independent operators who help customers successfully adopt Attio.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners, creating playbooks, training, and resources that help them become successful quickly.
- Build lasting relationships with top partners, helping them grow their businesses while making Attio their CRM of choice.
- Design programs that incentivize partner engagement, referrals, implementations, and long-term customer success.
- Work closely with Sales to identify partnership opportunities that accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.
- Partner with Marketing to create co-marketing campaigns, customer stories, webinars, events, and educational content.
- Collaborate with Product to ensure partners have early access, clear documentation, and a feedback loop into the product roadmap.
- Identify and launch new partnership motions — including channel partnerships, referral programs, etc.
- Define the systems, metrics, and operating cadence that allow partnerships to scale as Attio grows.
- Measure the impact of partnerships across pipeline, customer acquisition, implementation quality, product adoption, and expansion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
