The Role
We’re looking for an experienced GTM Process Analyst to bring greater structure, consistency and operational rigour to how revenue teams execute across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
You’ll work across the Go-to-Market organisation to analyse existing processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design scalable processes and policies that improve how teams operate.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM Strategy background who is comfortable taking ambiguous or inconsistent ways of working and turning them into clear, measurable and repeatable processes.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Clari is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing GTM processes across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, identifying gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, document and standardise end-to-end processes, workflows, policies and operating procedures.
- Establish clear governance around GTM processes and ensure consistent adoption across revenue teams.
- Work extensively with Salesforce and Clari, ensuring processes and policies are effectively reflected within the systems used by commercial teams.
- Support improvements across areas such as pipeline management, opportunity management, forecasting, sales stages and revenue reporting.
- Define KPIs and operational metrics to measure process effectiveness, adoption and GTM performance.
- Partner with Sales Operations, RevOps, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to map current-state and future-state processes.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency and predictability.
- Support change management, communication and adoption of new processes across the organisation.
- Produce clear process documentation, policies, playbooks and supporting materials.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness following implementation, using data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
