GTM Product Manager - Marketing Operations
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Product Manager - Marketing Operations based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the strategy and execution of marketing operations within a fast-growing, globally distributed organization. You will take ownership of complex operational challenges and translate business needs into scalable product solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help improve processes, systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with senior leaders and experienced teams while helping drive innovation across the go-to-market organization. Success in this position requires curiosity, ownership, strong product judgment, and a practical approach to leveraging automation and AI.
Accountabilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for marketing operations products, systems, and processes, ensuring they support broader go-to-market objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, operations, technology, and other cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, automation, data quality, workflow management, and the overall effectiveness of marketing operations.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product strategies, priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while balancing strategic opportunities, operational needs, and evolving business priorities.
- Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to evaluate initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide product decisions.
- Drive the adoption of automation and AI capabilities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational performance.
- Lead and support a distributed team of senior professionals, providing strategic direction while empowering them to manage day-to-day execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to solve complex organizational challenges and establish scalable approaches to go-to-market operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, marketing operations, go-to-market operations, or a closely related function within a complex organization.
- Experience leading strategic initiatives and solving operational challenges across cross-functional or distributed teams.
- Strong track record of managing products, platforms, systems, or programs designed to improve efficiency, performance, or measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working closely with marketing and other go-to-market functions to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and business insights to prioritize opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, influence senior stakeholders, and align teams around a shared strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in an asynchronous and globally distributed environment.
- Strong product thinking, strategic judgment, ownership, and a bias toward action.
- Demonstrated experience using automation and AI capabilities to improve processes, workflows, or business operations.
- Comfort working in an environment where priorities evolve quickly and where autonomy, curiosity, and proactive decision-making are highly valued.
