Welcome to the Future of Cloud Networking and Security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.

This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

About the Role

Cato Networks is seeking a high-impact GTM Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to accelerate sales execution and improve conversion rates primarily across the EMEA region. In this role, you will serve as a regional product marketing subject matter expert (SME), working closely with sales leadership, sales engineers, and customer success teams to help sellers win faster and more effectively.

This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of product messaging, technical knowledge, GTM strategy, and seller success. If you are passionate about converting product capabilities into compelling customer value wins, this is the opportunity for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Pipeline: Turn use cases and cross-sell motions into focused programs that help the field identify, engage, and progress the right opportunities.
  • Bring Launches to Life: Take new capabilities from launch to field execution, making sure sellers understand what’s new, why customers should care, and how to take it to market.
  • GTM Enablement: Provide sales teams with the messaging, plays, training, and real-world insights they need to have stronger customer conversations and execute consistently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive pipeline velocity. Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps to build targeted GTM motions around priority use cases, and cross-sell opportunities. Develop sharper discovery and qualification tools and help identify the accounts where we have the strongest opportunity to win.
  • Own launch activation. Turn launches into field-ready GTM programs. Develop regional activation content and programs that help sellers quickly understand the opportunity and start customer conversations.
  • Build GTM plays that sellers will use. Create playbooks with talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handling, competitive positioning, and clear customer value. Reinforce them through hands-on regional training and ongoing field engagement.
  • Stay close to real deals. Join Deal Reg and Pod calls, review Gong conversations, and work directly with sellers to understand what is working, where deals are getting stuck, and what the field needs next. Turn those insights into better messaging, content, and GTM programs.
  • Create a continuous field feedback loop. Bring what you learn from customers and sellers back to Product Marketing and the broader GTM organization, helping us continuously improve how we position, launch, and sell.
  • Measure what matters. Track seller adoption, Stage 1 to Stage 2 conversion, win rates, and other GTM signals to understand what is working. Use the data to improve programs.

Why This Role Matters

  • Connect strategy to execution. Turn product marketing strategy into GTM programs the field can execute and customers respond to.
  • Influence the deals that matter. Bring positioning, competitive insights, and customer value directly into active sales opportunities.
  • Bring the voice of the field back into GTM. Use real customer and seller feedback to continuously sharpen messaging, plays, and programs. Make a measurable revenue impact. Improve pipeline progression and win rates by focusing GTM resources on the conversations and opportunities with the greatest potential.
