The Role

As a GTM Product Operations Specialist, you will own the operating process that takes product launches from plan to market. You will bring structure to new feature, pricing and strategic platform launches, creating clear plans, aligning teams and ensuring the business is ready to deliver a strong customer and commercial outcome.

Your main focus will be launch operations, cross-functional delivery and field readiness across Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, and Strategy & Operations. You will also strengthen launch measurement, turn customer and field feedback into practical improvements, and improve the systems, templates and operating rhythms that make product GTM scalable.

What You'll Do

Product Launch Management

  • Draft and maintain the core Product GTM Brief for each launch, with clear scope, timelines, dependencies, owners and deliverables.
  • Create consistent launch processes, templates and operating rhythms that improve clarity and make Product GTM more scalable.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure release readiness across the wider business (such as Marketing with launch messaging and channel strategy, or Sales Enablement with clear enablement planning and materials).

System and Process Governance

  • Own the Go-to-Market operating process for product launches, from new features, to pricing changes, and strategic platform updates.
  • Own important systems for Product (Aha!, Jira, AI-DLC and more), and implement improvements to these systems.

Launch Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Product to define and track launch success measures and adoption Key Risk Indicators for newly launched products.
  • Translate field feedback, customer needs and launch learnings into actionable recommendations for future GTM motions and product improvements.
  • Review launch performance and identify where plans, handovers or readiness activities should be improved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
