What this job can offer you

  • Own and continuously improve one or more GTM products that support how Remote acquires, serves, and grows customers.
  • Translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, workflows, and system improvements.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps, working within Remote’s broader Revenue Technology direction and architecture.
  • Build and ship GTM product features and process improvements using automation and AI tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering.
  • Lead meaningful initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop your product, technical, and strategic skills while helping evolve the technology that powers Remote’s go-to-market organization.

What you bring

  • Experience managing or significantly contributing to business systems or technology products within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, system integrations, data models, and workflow automation.
  • Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system solutions.
  • Ability to manage a product backlog, contribute to roadmaps, prioritize competing requests, and define measurable outcomes.
  • Sound judgment in determining whether a need should be addressed through configuration, automation, AI, custom development, or existing technology.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from initial discovery through implementation and adoption.
  • Curiosity and practical experience using AI-assisted tools to build, automate, or improve GTM workflows and internal tooling.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to clarify requirements, explain trade-offs, and build alignment.
  • Experience with technologies commonly used across GTM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Qualified, APIs, integration platforms, or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical, automation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to involve senior product, architecture, data, or engineering partners.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, backlog, delivery, and lifecycle of one or more defined GTM products or product areas.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the users, business processes, data, and systems supported by your products.
  • Gather and clarify business needs, identify underlying problems, and translate them into well-defined product requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives and enhancements based on business value, user impact, effort, risk, and alignment with the broader GTM technology strategy.
  • Define success measures and use data, stakeholder feedback, and product performance to guide continuous improvement.
  • Design and deliver solutions using system configuration, automation, AI, integrations, custom development, or third-party technology.
  • Contribute to build-versus-buy evaluations and technology recommendations in partnership with senior product and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams throughout discovery, solution design, testing, release, and adoption.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and architectural considerations, escalating or partnering with senior specialists where appropriate.
  • Maintain effective product governance, documentation, release planning, stakeholder communications, and enablement materials.
  • Monitor adoption and performance, resolve recurring pain points, and recommend opportunities to simplify or improve the technology landscape.

  • Team size: 4-5
  • Location: We welcome applications from all locations, but will prioritize candidates based in EMEA and East Americas as we continue to diversify our teams.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $42,100—$118,350 USD
