About Us

sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.

About The Role

As a Global GTM Program Manager, you’ll own the coordination and execution layer that brings sunday’s go-to-market programs together across the US, UK, and France. Territory design, capacity planning, prospecting strategy, compensation, and reporting all need to work as one global motion — and you’ll be the person making that alignment real.

This role carries real strategic weight as sunday scales toward $100M. You’ll partner closely with regional GTM Ops leads and functional specialists in compensation and data/reporting to turn global strategy into aligned, executed programs, while owning the cross-border coordination, timelines, and modeling that make it happen.

You’ll report to the US Go-to-Market Revenue Operations Lead. While the position sits within the US organization and supports the US market directly, its core mandate is global. In your first 6–12 months, you’ll help unify templates and workstreams so GTM Operators across regions can operate faster and better. Expect regular travel across our hubs in London, Paris, New York, and Atlanta, with potential travel to other locations as needed.

Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Design & Modeling: lead territory design and modeling efforts across the US, UK, and France, ensuring methodology and outputs are consistent and comparable across regions.
  • Global Capacity Planning: lead the capacity-planning process as a single, globally uniform project, partnering with regional GTM Ops leads to gather inputs and drive the model to completion.
  • Market Prioritization & TAM Analysis: lead TAM sizing and market-prioritization analysis globally, informing which markets to enter or expand and how capacity and territory plans should be resourced against them.
  • Prospecting Guides & Targets: coordinate the development and rollout of prospecting guides and targets across regions, ensuring a consistent framework while allowing for regional nuance.
  • Compensation Planning Coordination: coordinate compensation planning, quotas, and targets across the global team, building and managing the templates, timelines, and cross-regional process that bring plans together on a common structure.
  • Reporting Infrastructure Program Management: serve as the project manager for global reporting infrastructure initiatives, partnering closely with a dedicated reporting/data hire who will own the technical and analytical build. You’ll drive the project plan, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Template & Model Building: build and maintain the Excel-based templates and models that underpin these cross-regional programs.
  • Cross-Border Stakeholder Management: act as the connective tissue between US, UK, and France GTM Ops leads - surfacing where processes diverge, driving toward shared standards, and keeping global initiatives on track.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in go-to-market operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Experience building and modeling complex templates and processes in Excel, independently and at a hands-on level.
  • Comfort navigating Salesforce to pull the information needed to support territory, capacity, compensation, and reporting programs.
  • A strong track record running multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives to completion, holding timelines and accountability across teams that don’t report to you.
  • Deep experience within go-to-market teams at a more mature organization.
  • Experience, or clear aptitude, working across geographies and time zones while balancing global consistency with regional realities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across our global hubs.
