EMEA | Remote/Hybrid | Strategic Programs and Service Portfolio

Role Summary

The GTM Program Manager leads strategic programs and service portfolios supporting a large AI and technology organization across EMEA. The role drives program governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Manage strategic programs from planning through delivery.
  • Drive governance, reporting, risk management, and operational excellence.
  • Develop project plans, success metrics, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and scalability.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders, service owners, and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting, recommendations, and clear escalation paths.

Reporting and Insights

  • Create and maintain program performance dashboards and reporting.
  • Analyze trends, usage, adoption, service health, and business impact.
  • Present insights and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Support go-to-market, customer engagement, business operations, and transformation programs.
  • Coordinate research, feedback gathering, workshops, and insight-led initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across services, processes, and operating models.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Strong reporting, planning, analytical, and risk-management capabilities.
  • Experience working with or at a large tech organization.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting go-to-market, sales, marketing, business operations, or customer engagement programs.
  • Experience with service governance, business reporting, and operational planning.
  • Exposure to AI, cloud, security, or technology-led transformation environments.
