EMEA | Remote/Hybrid | Strategic Programs and Service Portfolio
Role Summary
The GTM Program Manager leads strategic programs and service portfolios supporting a large AI and technology organization across EMEA. The role drives program governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Manage strategic programs from planning through delivery.
- Drive governance, reporting, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Develop project plans, success metrics, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and scalability.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders, service owners, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Provide executive-ready reporting, recommendations, and clear escalation paths.
Reporting and Insights
- Create and maintain program performance dashboards and reporting.
- Analyze trends, usage, adoption, service health, and business impact.
- Present insights and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.

Strategic Initiatives
- Support go-to-market, customer engagement, business operations, and transformation programs.
- Coordinate research, feedback gathering, workshops, and insight-led initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across services, processes, and operating models.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of program management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Strong reporting, planning, analytical, and risk-management capabilities.
- Experience working with or at a large tech organization.
Preferred
- Experience supporting go-to-market, sales, marketing, business operations, or customer engagement programs.
- Experience with service governance, business reporting, and operational planning.
- Exposure to AI, cloud, security, or technology-led transformation environments.
